Artist's Comments

This was very much inspired by a Vampire Princess Miyu manga, by Narumi Kakinouchi, who is probably my favorite manga/anime artist.

I drew the figure in Photoshop, then added several stock photos of plants and flowers and things. The colors and 'mood' were also a result of listening to a lot of The Cure (as I tend to do...).

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Comments appreciated. Enjoy!
